WHY CANT I LOGIN GMS ???

Hey gms i am not able to connect to the server.
I tried logging in with my char and when the roaring dog comes, i put my id and pass but it says unable to connect to the login server.
But when i try logging in with sm other noob id, m able to login.

Can u pls tell me whats has happened to my char,
my char name is SMITH.
And this is started just 15-20 mins before, i was able to connect b4 that.

thanks for ur reply gm, but i dont think its the same problem m facing.
because as i said i was playing with my char till 11:30 pm yesterday.

However when i reconnected and tried to login, this error started coming and hence from then i couldnt login atall.

Please tell me what it could be, and how much time this should take approximately.
I wanted 1 lvl up yesterday gms, m a night player who plays till 5 am in mrng.
Now because of this thing i couldnt play.
Now do u think i deserver to ask for a compensation for this
