a3 running problem??

Hi Sir,
Sir when ever I log on to a3 I put my id/pass in the screen where it comes to enter the id/pass after that loading comes with a Hk over there but it dont go forward so that I can continue to play a3........

Plz tell me wat to do in this type of issue????

Try login with some other pc and let us know.
