For me Guidemax has been the best so far... He's very helpful, quick to reply, solves most of my issues in 1 shot... It has been this way since I raised some isses against Guidemax on forums sometime back

So I guess born_rule will also experience something like that pretty soon...

From ths we can understand that there is some scope for improvement

It is kind of tough for them to get employees efficient enough to work round the clock... Putting myself into their shue "Phew!!! what a tough job they got up their sleves"
