We totally agree with the fact that the response has to be improved from our support system. :oops: We will certainly do so.

With regards to the person who hacked your account, we do not reveal such info to anybody.

I would like to add 1 suggestion here... If u guys can reveal such info.. It cud be vital to many other players especially who play from cafes... Like for example... If 1 guy from a cafe used Keylogger and hacked a char and made use of it for himself... Then if u can burst the bubble and tell the hacked person, then it wud do a world of good to the rest of his cafemates and wud always excercise caution with such ppl...

It is with personal experience that i'm giving this suggestion.. Whenever ne char from ur cafe got hacked my friends and me always used to wish that U wud reveal the name to us... Which hasn't hppnd so far...

Okay fine. dont reveal who hacked my account. But have you figured out who did that? I would definitely like to know that. I was offering my help just in case you guys didnt get any info about that person...

About my items- will i get them back? (or is it the same carelessness message that you are going to give?)

Btw... i had pmed Gmdiablo and he was the only one to tell me that he is looking into my case.

Your character can be retrieved provided the correct information reaches us. As far as items are concerened, we will not be able to retrieve all. If you think its the same "careless answer", Well its more like a statement. It applies to all conditions and situations.

A3 strives to provide each one of you an online gaming experience where you adorn a personality online and live by that in the game. We strive to keep that within the limits of the game(online). If a person hacks in A3 then he is a hacker here. The same may not necessarily apply to a person behind the character. Besides we penalise characters involved in hacking and not the people behind the characters. Who was using the character, When and how are questions that belong to a totally different dimension of investigation. This is clearly outside our reach and hence we cannot present accurate facts about the same.

GM, i think u misunderstood me. i was trying to say that everytime the a3support used to reply to me saying that my id was compromised because of my carelessness so they can retreive only the character and not the items. i dint say that you guys gave careless answers. :oops:

Regarding the items, should i follow up with a3support? :?:

To be frank, i dint understand what u said in the second paragraph of your reply. i am totally confused. can i ask you a simple question?
