if they cant bann them permanently ,
they will take the shue or stuff if they r tryin to sell tht stuff.
if they r selling the char , they will penalize them.
All this applicable only if they sell for real cash.

If someone reports a hacker, cheater, etc. Or sends u a bug report understand that he s DOING A FAVOR to a3india and u. If u ask them to mail it to such n such id its like helping police to catch criminal and then getting harassed by his questions. Dont expect that anyone have somuch time to prepare mails and follow it up.
Only reason i see y u admins ask us to mail it instead of replying in abusers section in forums (like most of other mmorpgs allow and take actions) is that u want to avoid and hush up the matters which u dont feel comfortable dealing with.

and don help those ppl who hav recharged cuz the money once given cant be taken back
