wht the hell are the guides doing

wht the hell r the guides doing abt my char ...?? i dunno wht's happening? they dont reply to my mails .....even after tellin me tht they will giv my char back...iT is at least 1 week since i got a reply .............the only reply i get is "we will revert to u"......(has this become u'r slogan)......and when i conact the ingame guides they say we dont hav info and she is very fasyt at reconnecting cuz she cant answer my Questions .......and it has been 1 month since i lost my char.........and now they dont reply........and my char is ANTICARCHER ............i am begging you guys to reply atleast tell me the approximate day ewhen i will get my char back............if there is any Doubt on information plz feel free to ask me ..... Well, I dunno bout other hacked chars, but as far as antic is concerned I've seen him complete the stupid questionnaire and everything, and I've also seen the E-mails that he recieved from A3 support, I'm really sad that we are paying to play a game managed by people who do not give a shi+ about us..... Guys(GMs), Why don't u just give his char back, he's proved in a million ways that he's the real antic and he's not done anything wrong??????

NYways I guess GMs will delete this thread soon... sad
