My id was baned on wen for 1 week and today is thu 1 week and 1 day more still my id is not unbaned yet, from moring iam spaming letter to a3support and now they say 24 hr more wat is this and u tell us to respect u guys iam very upset of bcoz of this kinda nature of ur irresponsible
Thx for nuting gms i better quit this game bcoz of sad gms , 1st they put in wrong roc and now after 1 week 1day over still my id is baned
just wanna say 1 thing they dont care about old players they just care is new customers

Well your account was not released since the server was in maintanence. It has been released now. Besides Dont place the argument that we don care about old players especially when we have let you off with just a one week ban. That was only becuase you are such a high levl player and i have some hope that you wont repeat the same irresposible behaviour again.
