tough one to get...dont think anyone hunts nowadays - but if u do 5-10 R2 quests, you should get it . take the vobug quest from the mercenary lady.

Seems Jakakas also drop it in C2 but i hunted there a lot without ever coming across it. I found one as a drop by a vobug.
