yes you can dude.
You have two options :

1) Buy it from healer(verry expensive)
2) Creat a new character in ur account, do the starting off quest to get a shue resurrection potion. Put the potion into ur storage box and return as ur primary character to retrieve it (all characters in the same account hae access to the same storage box ). Feed it to shue and VOILA!!! It LIVESS AGAIN!!!

and like wise Neridyar(M) to Neridyar(L)

wow ..didnt kno ppl are still looking into this after the A3 Beta guide where they copied my post including my tips and didnt even give credit!!

neways....no dude...you cant convert Neridyar(S) to the higher versions of the flower.
But... Neri M and Neri Ls drop in a large quantity in R3 and S1.
Look out for Neri G in any of the higer maps - c3, s3, s4, Niff etc...if you can hunt there tht is!
