Reloading options on armor

Since I quest a lot I have a surfeit of sapphires,topaz and rubies..so decided to set my elemental defense on my g7 and g8 armor to the max possible.
For bow archer, it's 10 for g7 and 11 for g8-g10 for all 3 elementals.
I used up around 40 odd sapphires before getting the proper amount on my armor.

Please, somebody tell me that maxing out other options like crits and evasion, using opal/peridot/garnet doesn't work the same way!

I've never tried this-simply cos i never seen any of these stones in game till now (bosses become miserly with drops if i ever go in party

)

So if say ur boots can have max of 30% critical hit..and right now it's less, will u have to go on adding the relevant peridot/whatever till it hits the correct number? or does it directly go to the max possible?

Well rex once u have an option on ur equip u need to reload(wit runes) it if u aint satisfied... wen u reload it mite randomly decrease or increase but neva dissappear... check out http://www.la-kopi.com/users/boro84 it gives u details of all the max options on every equip!! But remember once ur clost to the max dnt try be greedy...
