help out a noob.... stats for HK

hey
m new to this game i used to play ragnanrok.. over theer there was a tight stats distribution set n stuff..
can any one tell me the stats for a sword knight...
i already have 60 str n 50 dex... but what shud i increase wheat shud i keep my str r what sud i keep my dex as..
can u guys plz help me out

WELL!

AS YOU KEEP LEVELING YOU INCREASE YOUR STATS IN THE RATIO 3:3

THIS MEANS WHEN YOU GAIN 1 LEVEL UP YOU INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH AND DEXTERITY BY 3 EACH!

AND POST YOUR LEVEL HERE, SO I WILL BE ABLE TO CALCULATE YOUR REQUIRED STATS FOR NOW!

its jus lvl 9
and if i want to become a sword HK is it harmfull of invest in mace skills?
also i have seen the other chars look so much smarter... how i get to look like that.. does it come by lvls like 10 50 n 80 or jus amour???

yes the equips look better at higher lvls...

not like ragnacock where u look like a turd at whatever lvl

Do one thing...check out http://a3.igamesasia.com.sg/armour_knight.htm

This lists the appearance of armor for both types of knights, at all levels.
Look and drool..then decide!
In general-mace HK has higher attacking power, but lower defense, while sword HK is more balanced.
This is becoz of how stats are distributed- 3-3 for sword, 4-2 for mace.
As of now I see more mace HKs than sword...so I'd say go for sword. The higher defense will be real useful after lvl 100-110 when u go boss hunting-u can survive direct hits better.

I'm not the expert on HKs though-anyone else got anything else to say on this?

is it like that if i use sum scrolls in the mace category when i wanna become a sword knight i wont be able to use scroll in the sword category... i mean is they any restictions n stuff to the amout of skills i take?

No no nothing like that.
But u need to have both weapons to use em...ie u must be using a mace for using mace skills like necten/sorbert..and u need to have ur sword equipped for sword skills like aposple.

If you've activated a sword skill while you're using a mace, u can't use the skill.
Pretty obvious if u ask me..

You can learn all the skills that are applicable to ur level.
Infact-see ur skills window-they are categorized by sword or mace!

HI ppl ! in reply to ur msg abt Sword HKs or Mage HKs I d like to share some advice. When your lvl 30s and 50s and 70s try making your HK a mace one.. it ll help u much more .. But after u cross say 75 increase jus dex to balance ur HK and make it a sword one whihc wud be a lot more useful later on .. this is wat im planing to do.. i got a lvl 56 HK and i hope it ll be a good sword HK SOmeDAy ... . Make sure u got enough lore to adjust points in case things go wrong, @ 1k lore per point adjustment. If u need lore, spam R1 memora quest frm Elpuron in Quanato (maybe elpura in temoz, not sure). The quest is avbl from lvl 40-120.
