I recently noticed that my post has been locked.

I have been struggling for a long time to recover my character and have sent multiple emails and followed up through different channels. Now, seeing the post locked without a resolution is very disappointing.
Could you please clarify the reason for locking the post? You had mentioned earlier that a resolution would be provided there.

We are unable to resolve this issue at this time due to an ownership dispute involving multiple individuals requesting access to the same account. Until we can determine the legitimate account owner, we have placed the issue on hold.

During COVID time, many of my friends came back as everyone was working from home. We used to play together spa, parties, etc. and at that time I had shared my account access with a few of them. I agree that my character was shared back then. I am really Sorry for that,
But that was only during COVID. After that period ended, I changed my password and secured everything. Since then, only I have been using the account. The same email ID has been linked to my profile for a long time now.
I havee also been active on forums for more than 1.5 years, which clearly shows this is my account.
So banning my character now based on someone else’s claim doesn’t seem right, especially after such a long time. I would request you to please review this properly.. This account matters to me.
Please understand my situation and help unban it. Please consider this as an "New chapter for me"
