Hi GM's,
I have been trying to resolve an issue with my banned character "Dilbert" (banned on May 4 2024). Since the ban, I have sent multiple emails with all the necessary information and accurate responses to the questions asked. However I haven not received any reply or update, and it’s now January 2025.....
I am wondering if anyone is actively checking emails or handling such cases. It’s been a long wait and I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this and help restore my character back..

Please provide me your Issue ID so that I can follow up the same with the support team. Do note that if the character is banned for RC dealing or similar ROC violations, additional restrictions may apply when addressing your issue and may take some time.

#447084 is my ticket, while the other two tickets are referenced ones. Please review all three tickets for a better understanding. It has been a long time, and I don't want to miss any chance, hence, I have provided all the tickets. All of them belong to me and my characters.

Same issue with me, my ticket no is 168001. It's been over 3 years and I did submitted my gov proofs and still I am able to get any response from support team.
Please check without my account I am unable to play the game.
