my character but till now i didn't get any reply from support i have been waiting since few weeks ago but even though no reply. And here is my ticket no. 237454 and 988552
please check it and help me out.

Please don't send multiple emails for the same issue. This will just create more tickets and ultimately lead to confusion which will delay your issue from being resolved at the earliest.
