Ticket number 160355. plaease release the char , i got mail from support team client altered,
i had played a3 returns not modified that might caused this problem , it wont be happen again kindly forgive this time and release my char, i will delete and redownload the client and play A3 india alone. please help i did not done any malfunction\

Hello Gmstrom,
I have been banned for using (3rd party software). But from my side i haven't used any kind of it might have logged in on some internet cafe that as been effected on my character and i have no idea that software's has been installed on that particular pc which i have logged in. But for the next time i will be aware of those kind of software's which would have be effected and i sincerely request you to please check on this ticket 592067. And its my only character that i have been leveled up and playing from long time and please give me this is as a last chance and i will consider this as my last and final warning . I request you to please please consider my apologies regarding to it i will be waiting for your further reply
