Recovery of Old account - Give Lips back

Hi A3support,

I am old A3india player, char name Lips (archer) . I have already sent 5 emails to A3 support regarding retrieval of my char Lips but only for support ID in last 4 weeks.

Please let me know how can I speed up the process.
