if there are no creeps around rania. mercs can be used to tank rania. HK merc(140+ mercs) and warrior mercs(very few have these at high lvl).
any merc which has HP line + def of above 4000 with crit evasion above 15% can be used to tank.
5-6 such mercs can be used to immobilize it, hopefully to enable archers to range it. it's atleast until it's mirror images are spawned. after that , it's to be checked if the image bosses can be seperated from each other. and many will loose a lot of % even if very carefull. (it is be checked if people loose % when rania kills them, u will drop items like hell, so, be very carefull)
if nothing works out, all make noob chars, n go n hit it(with larcs), RC hks will be availble around to RC, so keep hitting
( guess, that's the reason, all lvls are allowed in ring 4

btw, if it drops soul of silbadu(unlikely), my offer is "Exchanging illmar staff for soul of silbadu "
also needs to be checked if ring 4 wil be in vemerden or somewhere else.

and nobody said it'll be rania in 4th ring. it's an assumption which may or may not be realised
I request GMs to increase the drop rate during ring1 ring2 ring3, to atleast reward the low lvl players who work on those bosses n creeps
