(This is applicable on G8 or + weapons, for noobs..lvl10+ works only on weapons)
Make 10 lvl 10 weapons with blessing
Put 10 TODs , 1 might pass and go lvl 11

Make 10 lvl 11 weapons
Put 10 TODs, 1 might pass and go lvl 12

Make 10 lvl 12 weapons
Put 10 TODs, 1 might pass and go lvl 13

Make 10 lvl 13 weapons
Put 10 TODs, 1 might pass and go lvl 14

Make 10 lvl 14 weapons
Put 10 TODs, 1 might pass and go lvl 15

After you have done all this you will have a lvl 15 weapon in ur hand.

+ RSI on ur right wrist (Repeated Stress Injury)
+ Thick glasses on ur oozin red eyes..
+ Chronic Cervical Spondylosis

does tod on sucsess does 1-3 lvl up as far aas i have heard from unrelayable sources
