Once again ... arena isn't working !

I am posting the screen shot of tracert and my ping .
Please solve the issue if it's from server side else let me know if the ISP is at fault .

Since , you guys have been very busy for the development of this game , we players get bored quite often these days . Nevia is a good place for wars but it is hardly conducted .So i am here suggesting an idea to cover that up by making a free-pk map i.e all pking rules of nevia/arena apply over ther...

Actually we are able to enter the arena but not able to create a room . On trying to create a room ... it reads " ??? " on the chat window .

Arena is now down for almost 3 weeks ..

We are able to enter arena but can not create a room . Whenever we try to create " ??? " appears on the chat window .

Its high time.. an immediate update can only save the server. We all know that introducing the PIN system which is easy to access and use is not an easy task . If we still wait for some more time .. by that time , sadly .. many players would have either shifted to other servers or to some other game...

After the yesterday's server restart .. my ping has risen

We not only want Pan skill back but also an arena where the game runs smooth and characters dont get stuck . Can the pan skill and lagg free arena go hand in hand ? There might be some way possible
