We cannot actively monitor the chats since that would be a lot of effort. However, we have a filtering system in place that scans chats for offensive words and issues extended chat ban to players. Thank you for your feedback. We don't generally implement custom maps or features to ensure that we preserve the originality and retain the game balance. However, we are currently having few gameplay related updates in pipeline that we will be launching in the coming weeks.
