ALso there is the bloddmage build where u pump pts into VIT so u can tank bosses.

Actually there is another bug that lets you login with the same ID but will not show any of ur chars .I had that for a while but that got fixed later.

don think you need special treatment casue you are high lvl.
as for as i know the GMs are good and also the Guides.

You cant always expect ppl to sit n listen to u.Dont simply make up issues,flaring up things makes u feel so important is it.
