So many high level players in server.
Cant we all jointly improve the server by promoting the server outside and bring new players ?

If we all work together we can change the current status of the server.

Promotions are just distributing cheap pomplets, banners etc.

GM's may consider some ...

Or There could also be quest exp event on weekends or hours more appropriate as not everyone has access to a5 mage to leech but they can rather do Quest and Level Up.
