Players used to get bored quite often in the past . Nevia was a good place for wars but it was hardly conducted .So i am here suggesting an idea to cover that up by making a free-pk map i.e all pking rules of nevia/arena apply over there ( including pantoti skill ) . Any map which isn't used much eg ...
