Hope we dnt waste time asking for ticket no. thats why I have posted it without you asking me. I have read all the posts other people have posted and the harassment they face.

can not believe that there is no reponse from either the GM or the support team after 3 days. wow!!

Do you guys even know how to check these forums? I have noticed that most of the players get their replies from Gm's after 2-3 months. This is so ridiculous.
