I did made the purchase for 2X pin and I have been waiting for it to arrive in my inbox.. but to my dosapointment it has not arrived yet. Can you please help me get the PIN.

If Char sharing is BAN in game then why not GM ban some char like.
"Borninsane " : This char is played by lots of people.
Gm ban thease char.

GM add some Quest XP pins so we lvl up our char.
