Depending on the app used for payment and the banks involved, it may take longer for the payment to get reflected and the pin to be generated.

Check your Purchase History in Service Panel or your email Spam/Junk folder to see if the recharge pin has arrived there.

I have forwarded your concern to the support team. They will get back to you on priority basis.

Although the game is currently pin-free, we are only offering Power Levelling recharge based on player demand. If you haven't received the recharge pins, please reach out to Guidefury for assistance.
