Can you provide the version number of the graphic driver that fixed the issue for you?

We cannot actively monitor the chats since that would be a lot of effort. However, we have a filtering system in place that scans chats for offensive words and issues extended chat ban to players. Abusing from new accounts or characters will however attract a temporary account ban. All this happens ...
