I got hacked, I saw someone playing with my char,I pm him to return my char,he want Rs 5000 real cash for returning my char to me,I denied.

In roc no where mention that taking money from noob char violating roc,

then why i get banned? 1st u clearly mention everything in roc,then tell me that i violate roc.
