Passive points are the points u gain at every lvl up after 100. 1 Passive point per lvl. You automatically gain when u'll cross 100. They are used to buy Passive skills. You can buy Passive skills from a NPC in Hatrel (dunno name :P). P.S.:- Sm1 make me a good avatar or resize my avatar into smaller...
