Well your str/dex will stay frozen at the level that u went blood. Vitality helps you tank bosses thats all. Personally I feel going blood at 110 helps, as you have a better attack by then.

I've seen mages gettin around .10 to .18 per cynick at 110+ lvls...
They got this increased EXP by doin a combo attack on the cynick..
1.)Stigma
2.)Sleep
3.)SB
TRY IT OUT....THIS WORKS....

Well...the reason i posted this is well..does any1 know any tricks like these other chars can use ...
