i downloaded the game on my computer and i heard when u get to be lvl 30 you have to buy membership, is it true if so how much is the membership

i know this may be a stupid question but if you create a free account does it get deleted in any amount of time if you dont get membership

hello im lvl 14 and im a warrior and i needed on on just getting rolling a bit. i wanted to know if anyone knew where i should train at to get my lvl up and i was wondering if you are a higher lvl do you get more skill points
